POSITION TITLE: IT & FINANCE SUPPORT ANALYST
POSITION DUTIES:
IT & Financial support analyst role is part of the Fixed Income Department and is in charge of supporting and assisting FO Users, ensuring the stability and the evolution of the dedicated production tools (SIS, Calyx, Conduit, Excel/VBA SQL, SUMMIT, CPS). Provide support for all from Front Office to Back Office SIS users, throughout the transaction lifecycle, including timely escalation of system functionality defects to the core development team. Responsible for ensuring the stability and the evolution of the systems tools and daily monitoring check for market data, Data Server, Data base, Reports engine using Calitrack, JIRA, Service Now. Investigating user queries via log file and process interaction. Control and validate the new specification requirements with the Business.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Financial Engineering, or closely related field or foreign equivalent
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: 36 months of experience as IT & Finance Support Analyst, or similar role
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Advanced knowledge of financial environment and products
Advanced knowledge of Excel and SQL
Experience with Securitization (SIS- Securitization Information System, Calyx)
RATE OF PAY: $152,859.00/y
HOURS: 40hrs/week. 9 am to 5 pm.
