Tim KARTSONIS

Tim KARTSONIS has always been driven by a strong passion for strategy, action, and a sense of teamwork. Initially drawn to data and marketing, he took an unconventional path by joining the military, where he quickly assumed leadership responsibilities. This experience strengthened his skills in leadership, operational discipline, and managing in complex environments.

Upon returning to the civilian sector, he joined EPFL, where he contributed to optimization projects in strategic procurement before advancing to lead the Business Intelligence department, with a focus on SAP. There, he oversaw teams responsible for managing and leveraging institutional data to enhance reporting and decision-support tools.

He developed advanced expertise in performance management, data governance, and transformation support.

By combining this dual experience — both human and technological — he co-founded PASàPAS Suisse in 2022, which has since become the Talan SwisSAP Business Unit. His ambition: to harness technology in service of business challenges, particularly in the SAP ecosystem, while maintaining a human, agile, and committed approach.
