As an IAM Architect, you will be responsible for designing and evolving IAM architectures, ensuring their alignment with security requirements and business objectives.

🔹 Design & Architecture

• Define and oversee IAM architectures in line with company standards.
• Implement design patterns and standards related to identity and access management.
• Validate IAM solutions in coordination with internal teams and the Architecture Board.

🔹 Security & Governance

• Establish and evolve IAM policies and standards (PAM, IGA, AM).
• Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations (ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST).
• Analyze risks related to accounts and access in a complex and diverse environment.

🔹 Implementation & Monitoring

• Oversee Conditional Access strategies and application authentication.
• Work closely with Security and IT teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Support IAM projects and validate solution evolutions.

🎯 Experience & Education

• 7+ years of experience in IAM, with expertise in architecture, design, and deployment of IAM solutions.
• 11+ years of total experience in the IT field.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Experience with solutions such as Saviynt, CyberArk, ForgeRock, Microsoft EntraID (Azure AD).
• Strong understanding of PKI architectures and API Management.

🎯 Key Skills

• Solid expertise in IAM concepts: Identity Lifecycle Management, RBAC, SSO, Access Request Management.
• Deep knowledge of security standards and best practices (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, NIST).
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with on-premise and cloud solutions.
• Strong communication skills and technical leadership.
• English fluent MANDATORY.
