Esther is the  Founder and CEO of Nine Feet Tall, who became part of the Talan Group in 2024.

Nine Feet Tall is a thriving change management consultancy, specialising in delivering complex change programmes and ensuring change sticks.

Esther is passionate about developing people and building high performing teams, and set up the 9Start Academy at Nine Feet Tall to help people fast track their careers. .

Having led a wide range of technology and business transformation programmes, Esther helps clients to achieve growth, increase profitability and become more agile to able to quickly respond to the market.
