Role:
Develop AI features and integrate DevOps best practices, automating deployments, building CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring scalable, secure systems for one of the most innovative tech companies in Poland.

Project Context & Tasks:

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Bamboo, Azure DevOps) to operationalize AI models.

• Automate application deployments and environment provisioning using Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet.

• Support model monitoring and retraining workflows.

• Integrate AI solutions into scalable microservices architectures.

• Responsibilities:

• Develop backend components in Java or Python with Spring Boot.

• Containerize applications using Docker and Tanzu for deployment on Azure.

• Use Swagger for API documentation and Postman for testing.

• Manage performance monitoring with the ELK stack (ElasticSearch, Grafana, Telegraf).

Requirements:

• High level of English and Polish are a must

• 3+ years as developer/administrator/devops with Java, Python, Spring Boot, microservices, and SQL.

• Experience with CI/CD, containers, Azure, and scripting languages.

• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and observability tools.
